Lions Services offers people who are legally blind various employment opportunities in a light industrial textile manufacturing facility. On-the-job training and mobility training are provided to promote a safe work environment within the agency.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available for industrial sewing machine operators, assemblers and packaging. Lions Services strives to reward hard work through upward mobility.
Lions Services is conveniently located near the University area of Charlotte, North Carolina, providing abundant access to frequent, convenient and affordable public transit.

Lead and support our production teams in a collaborative, structured environment.
Industrial Sewing Machine Operators
Operate industrial sewing equipment in our textile manufacturing facility with on-the-job training provided.

Ensure quality standards are met across our manufactured products.
Assemblers & Packaging
Assemble and package products with attention to detail and quality.
Warehouse
Support receiving, storage, and distribution operations in our warehouse.
Working Here
Our team enjoys a first shift work schedule beginning at 7:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
- First shift schedule: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- On-the-job training — gain practical hands-on experience and enhance overall performance
